All Forest products now FSC certified

Leading UK garden timber supplier, Forest Garden, has recently announced that its entire range of timber products has now been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
This recent announcement will mean that 100% of the Forest range will now feature the FSC logo.
John Gomersall, sales and marketing director at Forest said: “As the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier, we treat our environmental responsibilities with the highest priority. Whilst many other timber product suppliers claim FSC Chain of Custody certification for their business, we want to be clear that, in our view, it is the actual product certification that really matters when assessing whether or not a business is committed towards maintaining a sustainable environment. Even if a company has FSC certification, it doesn’t guarantee that any of its products are FSC certified, with Forest, all of our timber products carry the FSC logo as all of the timber used is sourced in a responsible way.

We have worked closely with our raw material suppliers to ensure that FSC certified timber has always been our preference.
